Founded by William H. Glover, M.A., Mr. Bill & Associates was created to provide results-based programming for parents of troubled adolescents.  After years of working as an in-home therapist and probation officer, Mr. Glover grew frustrated with the conventional wisdom that said medication and/or therapy offered the only hope for angry, defiant, unmotivated, ADHD, ADD, oppositional defiant, drug involved, juvenile court involved, and behaviorally handicapped kids. 

Based on his work with adolescents and their parents, he became convinced that the solution for the majority of troubled kids, rather than with the professionals, resides with their parents.  

With this as a starting point, Mr. Glover began developing The Adolescent Owner's Manual.  Designed to provide parents with practical, common-sense tools and skills essential to parenting troubled adolescents, Mr. Glover introduced this program to parent's of Juvenile Court involved adolescents in 1999. 

In 2005, after almost six years of testing, refinement and enhancement, Mr. Bill & Associates began offering The Adolescent Owner's Manual to individual parents of adolescents across the country for use in the privacy of their own homes.
